Indoor spotlights are a great way to create ambiance in any room in your house.
Shine a spotlight onto alcoves to show off art work or, collections of objects. Or use them to define cosy corners.
Indoor spotlights are a good way to show off your paintings, pottery or trophies. Indoor spotlights can highlight danger areas in your home, directing light to the problem area, like an unseen step or fault in the flooring, a bulky piece of furniture people might bump in to, or beams. You could have a set of 2 or 3 little lights together, in two or three directions, spreading a light across the room. Work areas would benefit from a direct spotlight shining upon your desk, sewing machine or craft table. There are many single bulb lights to choose from. A double light set would happily suit a bedroom, with light shining in two directions, and this could be matched up with a single light in a corner, or above a desk. Single spotlights of 70 w or s brighter one of 150 w are both great to put in darker areas and beam a safety light. You could get a little aluminium light, which is great for dens or studies, directing light to a particular spot, perhaps above a desk. There are some single spotlights which are ideal for directing light to an alcove or above a painting. If you want to upgrade the look of your living room, get a modern ceiling light of two or four spotlights to spread the light over the room, instead of an old-fashioned lampshade. A rectangular light with four angled lamps sprouting from the sides is an ultra-modern way of bringing light into a room, diffusing it in different directions. It looks stunning. A stylish chrome light is useful for working areas, or to direct extra lighting to a specific area. Or you get a strip of four lights pointing in different directions, which can light up a whole room. Whichever option, any of these spotlights will create a warm atmosphere and upgrade your home in an instant. |
